I draw my inspiration from the fitness and fashion world and combine the two together. Athleisure is becoming recognised theme and we at Jimbag try to promote the athleisure fashion trend that seems to be catching on worldwide.
Jimbag is uniquely positioned between function and fashion. Its important that both of these sides are considered in any future plans.
Combining what the fashion conscious customer would want in any purchase, with a spirit of fitness and health. Aside from this, it is also a truly unisex product, so our potential target market is significantly higher than sports brands focusing on men or women.
Once I came up with the idea I began making samples of the bags whilst personal training in a gym. I started selling the bags to clients and members, all of a sudden members and personal trainers that I didn’t know began purchasing the bags online. At that point I knew I was onto something.
I love the black on black collection. Its very on trend and I love the subtlety of the design.
